Dr. Pillath is a highly decorated U.S. Army veteran (SFC, Retired) with Pentagon level leadership of major acquisitions programs and accomplished federal executive with over 36 years of public service. He holds a Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) from Liberty University and is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM, Expected April 2026).
Scott has served in senior executive positions at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), NOAA, NIH, USDA, and Department of Defense—managing billion-dollar programs and delivering results in logistics, IT modernization, cybersecurity, and strategic planning. He has also served with the 506th Airborne Infantry Regiment and uses “Currahee! Stands Alone!” as his signature.

SHEILA PILLATH
Vice President | Lead Non-Profit Consulting
Sheila serves as Vice President of Paladin Solutions Group and leads operations in the CEO’s absence. She is the Executive Director of the Flagler Museum and a recognized leader in non-profit management, fundraising strategy, and cultural institution operations.
Sheila provides strategic consulting to non-profits, museums, and foundations on organizational development, donor engagement, grant management, and board governance. She has successfully led capital campaigns, special events, and community partnerships while serving as executive director of one of Florida’s premier cultural institutions.
As Vice President, Sheila oversees non-profit consulting operations, client relations, and strategic partnerships. Her leadership ensures continuity and excellence in all Paladin Solutions Group engagements.

Ozzie brings over 20 years of expertise in facilities management, mechanical engineering, and large-scale construction operations. He has managed operations for 1,300+ retail locations with budgets exceeding $500M annually, delivering operational excellence for major national retailers including Walmart.
His experience includes HVAC/R engineering, energy efficiency programs, preventive maintenance, construction oversight, and multi-state facilities management. Ozzie has consistently reduced operational costs by millions annually through process improvement and strategic planning.
As Chief Engineering Consultant, Ozzie leads all facilities management, engineering, and construction operations for Paladin Solutions Group clients.
